Library Trustee Program "Building an Effective Library and City Team"

"Building an Effective Library and City Team," a workshop for library trustees, will examine the roles of four major players on the library's team: the city government, the library board, the director, and the staff. Participants will discuss advocacy, points to team-building techniques, and ways to strengthen these important relationships through collaboration and communication. Group discussion and exercises are planned.
