SILO Locator hits 17 million mark

The 17th million item was loaded into the SILO Locator on November10, 2003.  It was a book submitted by the West Des Moines Public Library titled How the Stock Market Works (3rd edition) by John Dalton.  In 1995, the Locator contained 12 million titles. 

There are currently 700 Iowa libraries submitting their holdings to the SILO Locator.
