Public Libraries and Information Literacy

Help needed from Iowa public library directors

The State Library and Library Service Areas are conducting a survey to determine what information literacy activities are currently taking place in Iowa public libraries.  (Information literacy activities are programs or services that teach library customers how to find and evaluate information.)

The survey takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

We would like to receive survey responses from at least 400 Iowa public libraries.  Right now we have responses from under 200 libraries. Please take a few minutes to participate, even if your library does not have information literacy activities.

Click here for the survey.  Thank you for your participation!
