Save the Date: Reception for Dr. Dale Ross

A reception for Dr. Dale Ross, chair of the Iowa Commission of Libraries, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 16 in room 300, State Library of Iowa.  It will be Dale's final commission meeting.

Dale has been on the Iowa Commission of Libraries since June 7, 1995 and has served as chair many of those years.  He was appointed and reappointed by both former Governors Branstad and Vilsack.  His advocacy for libraries extends from the local to the national level.
