E-rate is a Federal program that public libraries can take advantage of to get funding for their telephone and internet fees for their library. The filing process for E-rate funds is a three step process. The first step involves the filing of a formal bid process called a Form 470. This online session will focus on filling out the first of the three forms you have to file each year called the Form 470. It will cover step-by-step changes in the form and answer any questions about rule changes as related to this program. The instructor for this course will be Pam Jacobs at the Department of Education. To view the list of locations for this event and to register, please Click Here. |
