The E-rate Form 471 online webinar will provide direction on how to complete the required E-rate forms in order to receive funding for the time period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. The training will emphasize how to calculate the discount for your library, how to ensure that any service provider agreements, including contracts, are documented and how to successfully submit the form including the required Item 21 attachments.
