Iowa Communications Network (ICN)

The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is a statewide, state-administered fiber optics network which transmits data; long distance voice communications; and high quality full-motion, two-way, interactive video . The ICN helps Iowans more easily access educational, medical and governmental services throughout the state. In addition to sites in schools, community colleges, universities, and national guard sites, there are over 50 public libraries with ICN meeting rooms.
