Evaluating the Library Director

— filed under:

To be effective, library boards need to be familiar with their responsibilities and power.  One of the primary roles of a library board is to hire and evaluate the library director.  These resources may be used to:

  • orient new board members
  • provide a review for experienced board members

Evaluating the Library Director was a program for trustees held on April 21, 2009.  Request a copy of the DVD by e-mailing rinda.kramme@lib.state.ia.us.

Permission is granted to photocopy any of these resources as long as you give credit to the State Library of Iowa.
