Recession Relief was an online class held on November 19, 2009.  It was recorded and the archive is below.

The description is:  "This economy is really depressing. Everyone is anxious and the future seems bleak. But you can help relieve your patrons' woes. Join us to find out how to effectively use your resources to help your community with job searches, finances, economic development, resources for the needy, medical insurance, unemployment and government forms."

The presenter was Justine Shaffner, a library services consultant at Bibliographical Center for Research (BCR). Her focus is on the challenges public libraries are facing and helping develop BCR products, services and training that will turn these challenges into success stories.
