Web Board Discussion:

1. What procedures and/or policies do you have in place for hiring and evaluating staff?  Do you see any changes that need to be made to these procedures and/or policies?  If so, what are they?  What role does your board play in these procedures and/or policies? 
2. What is a personnel problem you have experienced (either at your current job or at another job) and how was it resolved?  What could have been done differently to make a bad experience a more positive one, or what was done well that made it a positive experience?
