- What statistics does your library gather? To whom do you report those statistics? Are there other statistics that you might begin to gather that will give a more complete picture of your library? What picture does statistics paint of your library?
- What current programs does your library offer and how do you evaluate their worth to the library? At what point do you deem a program successful or not and what measures do you use to determine this?
