- Describe the process you and your staff follow to answer a reference question. Do you do a “reference interview” with the person? Where do you look first? What is your most common reference question? Has the Internet affected how you provide reference service? Has it affected your reference collection?
- What current services and programs are you providing to the adults in your community? Are you providing any services and/or programs to any special populations of adults in your community? What special populations are in your community that you might consider providing services and/or programs for?
