  • State of Iowa Contracts

    The State negotiates contracts with vendors which offer libraries discounted pricing on books, videos, audio tapes, furniture, computers, software and copiers, plus many more products.   • Bibliographical Center for Research (BCR)

    An agreement between the State Library of Iowa and BCR allows all types of libraries in Iowa to use BCR services as a member institution. Discounts include reference databases such as Britannica, Grolier, Gale, H.W. Wilson, Roth and many others.
