FY12 Interlibrary Loan Report Form and Log

Due July 31, 2012. Complete only if you have interlibrary loan transactions done outside of SILO or OCLC. If all of your interlibrary loan transactions were done through SILO or OCLC, you don't need to submit a report. Iowa Library Services will use SILO and OCLC statistics to calculate your library's reimbursement.
