Access Plus

• Access Plus provides Iowans with equal access to library resources by encouraging and supporting interlibrary loan among all types of libraries.  
• Participating libraries agree to loan their materials to other libraries for use by their customers and receive a subsidy per loan.  
• More than 200,000 interlibrary loans are made annually through the program.

Access Plus for FY08 (July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008)

• The intended reimbursement rate is $2.00 per transaction, although the rate of reimbursement is prorated if claims exceed the funding available. 

• The Access Plus Report Form for FY08 (below) is due August 31, 2008. 
  
• All items requested outside of SILO or OCLC, by phone, fax, or printed form must be recorded on the Transaction Log.
