Why does my library need to fill out an Access Plus Annual Report if all our transactions are through SILO?

Access Plus reimbursement is based on the number of claims listed on the "Total ILL items loaned to eligible Iowa libraries" line of the Access Plus Annual Report. The number listed on this line should include all interlibrary loan transactions made in the fiscal year, July-June. This includes loans made in response to requests through SILO, OCLC, by phone, paper form, or fax, or by any other means of requesting items from another Iowa library.
