SILO transactions are tracked by the SILO system. To get the number of SILO "will sends", follow these steps:

The procedure for displaying the ILL statistics for the last fiscal year
as follows:

  1. Login in the SILO ILL system with your library locator code and password.
  2. Select the System Activity Summary Reports option from the SILO ILL system menu, click on Submit Request.
  3. Select the ILL Activity Monthly Summary From: option from the
Reports Menu, and select the Starting Date and the Ending
Date from the date drop down menus, and click on Submit
    Request.
  4. The borrowing and lending ILL statistics for the entire fiscal year will be displayed. Note the ILL statistic "Will Sends" and include this number in your Access Plus report.

Further detailed instructions on this procedure can be found in the SILO
Interlibrary Loan manual.
