- ILL Reimbursement (formerly known as Access Plus) provides Iowans with equal access to library resources by encouraging and supporting interlibrary loan among all types of libraries.
- Participating libraries agree to loan their materials to other libraries for use by their customers and receive a subsidy per loan.
- More than 200,000 interlibrary loans are made annually through the program.
ILL Reimbursement for FY10 (July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010)
- The intended reimbursement rate is $1.75 per transaction, although the rate of reimbursement is prorated if claims exceed the funding available.
- The ILL Reimbursement Report for FY10 (below) is due July 31, 2010.
- Effective July 1, 2009, the requesting library may now charge the library customer up to $2.00 per item to offset postage.
