Funding from Iowa casinos is distributed through license holders.  A listing of these and contact information is found on the Iowa Gaming Association site.  The Endow Iowa site lists foundations created with funding from the legislature for non-gaming counties. 

The Iowa Gaming Association administers the wagering and riverboat gambling laws and agency rules. Endow Iowa  http://www.iowalifechanging.com/endowiowa/index.html  Endow Iowa was created to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of this state through increased philanthropic activity by encouraging new investments to existing community foundations and facilitating the creation of new community foundations.  Funding is available from the legislature to provide funds in communities that do not have gaming facilities.  Also check the Iowa Council of Foundations Web site http://www.iowacounciloffoundations.org/endow.htm  for a list of recipients and application for the new year.
