How to Delete an Email Alias

  1. Log in to Email Administration
  2. Locate the alias name in the accounts list
    • You will find  the alias name in the accounts list in the center of the page under the Object column which is the first column that starts on the left hand side of the screen
  3. Click on the alias's account link
    • The account that the alias resides in can be found in the third column
  4. Black out the alias to be removed's text box in the Aliases section
  5. Click the Update button
