How to Delete an Email Account

1. Log in to Email Administration
2. Click on the account name link that you want to delete
• The accounts will be listed in the middle of the screen and all of the account names will be listed on the left hand side. If the name is not click-able that means it is an Alias and will need to be removed by removing the alias.
3. Click the Remove Account button
4. Click the Remove Account button again when prompted to confirm the delete action

The account is now removed. After clicking the Remove Account button for the second time to confirm the delete you should be taken back to the main accounts page. You can verify the account is gone by checking that it no longer appears in the list.
