View Closed Requests as the Borrower
- Select the View Interlibrary Loan Requests option from the SILO-Interlibrary Loan System Menu.
- Select Borrower and Closed from the pull-down menus.
- Click on the Submit Request button.
- The SILO View Borrower Closed Transaction Menu page will open with several options to view transactions.
For a list of the newest closed transactions, select the View Newest Closed Transactions option.
- For a list of transactions closed on a certain date, select the View Transactions Closed on Date option, and use the pull-down menus to select a date.
- Specific transactions can be seen if the transaction number is known. Select the View Transaction # option and enter the transaction number into the field.
- All closed transactions can be viewed by selecting the View all Closed Transactions option.
- For the Type of transaction, there are three options that can be selected from the pull-down menu. Select ALL to view all closed transactions. Select WILL SEND to view all transactions that are marked as will send. Select NOT SEND for all transactions that were marked to not send.
- Select BRIEF or FULL from the List Format pull-down menu. The BRIEF record shows transaction number, date, borrower, title, author, and need by date. The FULL record shows transaction number, date, borrower, interlibrary loan contact person and borrower address, title, edition, publisher, copyright, verification source, and need by date.
- Select the number of transactions to be listed on one web page from the pull-down menu.
- This display feature allows you to control the number of transactions displayed on the web page.
- Viewing the list of open transactions allows you to monitor the progress of a request as it moves through the system.
- Click on the Send Query button.
