How To Change an E-mail Account Password
All passwords are encrypted in SurgeMail, so you won't be able to view
a user's current password. If a user forgets their password, you can
change it.
- Login to your library's domain administration interface.
- In the left pane, click on the Users button
- Under the Account Details, click on the Search accounts button
- You will see a list of all the accounts for your library
- Click on the account you want to change
- In the Password field, enter the user's new password
- Click on the Save User button
- Tell the user their new password, and remind them to change it as soon as possible
