How To Change an E-mail Account Password

All passwords are encrypted in SurgeMail, so you won't be able to view a user's current password.  If a user forgets their password, you can change it.
  1. Login to your library's domain administration interface.
  2. In the left pane, click on the Users button
  3. Under the Account Details, click on the Search accounts button
  4. You will see a list of all the accounts for your library
  5. Click on the account you want to change
  6. In the Password field, enter the user's new password
  7. Click on the Save User button
  8. Tell the user their new password, and remind them to change it as soon as possible
