What should I do?

A lending library may  receive this error when attempting to process the transactions in the Lender Open page.  The error can occur if:

  • the request has moved onto the next lender because it has expired in the queue
  • the request may have already been processed
Check the transaction history under Borrowing/Lending Summary Reports.  The transaction history will show if the transaction has been processed or moved onto the next lender.  If it has been processed or moved on, no further action is required.
