Records UploadedThis is the count of the number of records in the uploaded file from the library.
Exception List CountThis is the number of records from the file that did not meet the SILO Locator Minimal MARC Record Input Standards. These records need to be matched or corrected so they can be added to the Locator.
RemainingThis is a running total of the records remaining in the Exception List. The Library will use this as a gauge of how many records remain to be matched, corrected or discarded.
AddedThis is the number of records the library has matched to an existing SILO Locator record. The library’s holding code will be attached to the existing SILO Locator record on the next business day. This number reflects work done on records in the Exception List.
DiscardedThis is the number of records that have been discarded from the Exception List. These records will not be added to the SILO Locator.
New TitlesThis is the number of records with no match in the SILO Locator and that have been requested to be added to the SILO Locator as a new title.  These records will appear in the SILO Locator after the 10th day of the next month.
Search ListThis is the number of records from the Exception List that have been marked for searching. These records are waiting in a queue to be searched against the SILO Locator. The library will make decisions about what to do with the records depending on the search results.
Last AccessedThis is the date when this particular Exception List was last accessed by the library. The Exception List will remain active for 30 days from this date. Thirty days from this date all records remaining in the Exception List will be discarded. These records will NOT be added to the SILO Locator. The Exception List will remain active as long as it is accessed at least once every 30 days.
