How to Edit a Form

  1. Log in as an author
  2. Navigate to the form's folder
  3. Click on the Contents tab and examine the contents:
    • The folder contains 11 items, 9 fields to collect data from users, 1 mail adapter which e-mails the responses to a recipient and 1 thank you page which is displayed when the user submits the form
  4. Click on the Edit tab
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. Scroll down to the Form Prologue field and edit the text using the Kupu editor. A suggested edit is to change the response time, or add text to indicate what types of questions the library will accept through this form.
  7. Click on the Save button
  8. Click on the Contents tab
  9. Click on the icon for "How will you use this information?"
  10. Click on Edit
  11. In Field help field change the word "understanding" to "understand" (to fix the typo)
  12. Click on the Save button
  13. Click on form from the breadcrumbs to display the form
