The FY03 Annual Survey was available 7/1/03 in electronic format with Web Collect. All libraries with Internet access were required to complete the survey using Web Collect.

The packet mailed to every public library included an Introduction, a Cover Letter, and a Library Trustee Survey.

The survey was due 10/31/03.
