 FY05 Iowa Public Library Statistics

Public library statistics for FY05 are available as .pdf files (Adobe Acrobat required).   Sections currently available include:  Income,  Expenditures,  Collections,  Circulation, Other, and Introduction.  Also, Libraries by Size Code  (A-L)  (L-Z).  

Rural library funding by county (.xls) including per capita and by valuation, for FY05.  Funding and valuation information is from the Iowa Department of Management.  County rural population is from the 2000 Census.

 FY05 Public Library General Information Survey

The FY05 Annual Survey was in electronic format with Web Collect.  All libraries with Internet access were required to complete the survey using Web Collect. It was completed by 533 public libraries.  View the form or the instructions.
