Kids First 1997
The initial Kids First Conference was held April 17-18, 1997 in Clive, IA. The conference, held biennially, is sponsored by the State Library of Iowa, in cooperation with the Children and Young People's Forum of the Iowa Library Association. The 1997 theme was "Reinventing Public Library Services to Children and Youth."
