PLM I -
This course gives an overview of library management and technical services. The course is intended for public librarians who need the course to meet the basic requirements for certification levels I through IV. The course methods include lecture and discussion over the Iowa Communications Network (ICN) and reading and written homework outside of class time. Access to the internet is required to complete this course.
