Don't Miss "Library Funding Issues"

Tight city and county budgets have called into question who's paying for library service and how much are they paying? Library Funding Issues, a program for library trustees, public library directors and city officials will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2005 over the ICN.
