New Mailing List for Library Trustees

The State Library of Iowa has developed a new mailing list for Iowa library trustees.  It will be used for library news, trustee workshop announcements, and discussion on topics of interest to library board members. Directions for subscribing to the maillist and posting a message are below.

As citizen representatives of their communities, trustees are key to providing excellent library service to the people of Iowa. This electronic maillist will strengthen library boards across the state by providing an efficient and effective forum for communication and information sharing.

Trustees with an email address on file at the State Library have been subscribed.  Others may subscribe by going to http://mail.silo.lib.ia.us/cgi-bin/mailman and providing the information requested.  To post a message to the maillist, send an email addressed to trustees@silo.lib.ia.us .
