EBSCOhost ICN Training offered by State Library

Using EBSCOhost with library customers is part of the public library's role in information literacy.  Whether you are already subscribed to EBSCOhost or are considering it, the two ICN sessions offered by the State Library will be of great benefit to Iowa librarians.

The sessions will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., June 9, 2004.  Plan to attend one or the other.  Training will include basic searching techniques and information on providing EBSCOhost on public access computers.  EBSCOhost is proving to be a very popular feature in libraries because of the many databases and information it provides to students, business people and the general public.  Learn more about how to help customers access the wealth of information available.
