FY 2006 Survey and Statistics
The online survey will be available April 15, 2006. The survey will be available until July 15. Preliminary results of the survey are based on completed surveys from 1008 school libraries (see Additional Information below).

| Each section of the survey will display as a separate page. At the bottom of the page will be a button to submit any changes made to that section. Always press the "Update Record" button at the bottom of the page when finished entering information. |
| A new page will appear showing all current information in red. A menu bar will also appear on the left side allowing the user to navigate to a different section. |
The user may leave the survey at any time simply by closing their browser. All information entered and submitted will be saved and available for future reference provided the submit button has been clicked. |
| Do not use the back button on your browser, the link to the survey will be lost and any additional information added will not be saved. |
| A copy of your survey may be printed at any time by clicking on the "Printable Version" button at the bottom of the menu bar. A separate window will open. Instructions for setting the page margins are accessible at any time by clicking on the statement on the header. Do not leave the printable version page open. It only updates with current information when it is initially opened. Re-open this window each time you want a printable copy to ensure current information on the form. |
