Video collections

The videos the State Library gave Grant Wood Area Education Agency (not Heartland) will not be available for check out until early September.  Grant Wood will notify all former State Library video borrowers when the videos are available. They will supply contact names, phone numbers, and ordering information at the time. A catalog will be available through Grant Wood's home page: http://www.aea10.k12.ia.us

Video topics given to Grant Wood include: children's entertainment; travel; documentaries; general entertainment -- anything that would be of interest to the average public library user.

The State Library kept videos in three areas: library science, health and health care (medical), and public policy (management, etc,). Titles include such things as "Technology for Trustees"; "Diabetes and Heart Disease" and "The Story of a New One Minute Manager".
