National Application through USPTO

Basic Facts About Trademarks explains how to fill out a trademark application through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  The Fee is $375.00 for an application filed on paper, $325.00 for an application filed online, $275.00 for filing online and meeting requirements for a reduced filing fee.    File online through the Trademark Electronic Application System.
