Paper Shipping Lists

Paper shipping lists contain state publications which are distributed to the permanent Iowa state documents depositories at the State Library of Iowa, the Main Library at the University of Iowa, and the Library of Congress. Abundant sources of statistical and general information from all Iowa state government agencies are provided. Most of the materials are paper copies but videos, CD-ROMs, and other formats are included when available. Publication titles, item information, and issuing agencies are provided.

Archival and circulating copies of most of these documents are maintained at the two permanent Iowa depositories and are accessible to the general public. The majority of the titles have been cataloged and may be searched in:

• State Library's online catalog
• SILO Locator
• WorldCat on the FirstSearch database at your local library.

Circulating copies may be checked out from the State Library of Iowa or requested through interlibrary loan.

People wishing to obtain their own copies must request them from the issuing state agency.
